Attempting to use Alert Downtime Schedules to alert metric values within a 4-hour window (1:00 - 5:00 AM EST). The idea was to alert the business if there is 'no activity' within that time frame.
We defined downtime schedules to exclude the other 21 hours, but our issue is that alerts are being generated during the downtime window, and we need assistance to understand why this occurs.
Alerts occur at 6:35 PM, 11:00 AM, etc., when the Downtime Schedule should be preventing them.
