Issue/Introduction

Can you please do let us know if there is a Siteminder Web Agent for RHEL 8.0 And Red Hat Apache 2.4 64 Bit version. We are currently Using Siteminder Policy Server 12.8 SP 3.

Resolution

At time of publishing this document, there is no 12.8 agent. The latest agent is 12.52 SP01, but this is compatible with 12.8 policy server.

Webagent 12.52 SP01CR10 is supported on RHEL8 for ASF (Apache Software Foundation) Apache 64-bit. The RedHat Apache 64-bit is not supported on RHEL8. This means that you have to compile the ASF source, not use the rpm provided by red hat. See "3.1 Web Agent 64-bit":
