Issue/Introduction

At start-up, the job CAHVTOMX is stopped with abend USER COMPLETION CODE=4093 REASON CODE=00000228.

Cause

Missing OMVS segment in the external security package (RACF, TSS or ACF2)... The userid of the OPSLOG WebView started task must have an OMVS segment in the security profile....

Resolution

added an STC with an acid in Top Secret.

With a segment OMVS, the STC is started with the message:

BPXM023I (ZCAVWV) CATC0001I CA-CCS Tomcat is starting

BPXM023I (ZCAVWV) CATC0002I CA-CCS Tomcat started in 1086 ms (Apache Tomcat/9.0. So the issue is resolved.
