When attempting to log into Rally using SSO a message as seen below is encountered:
This is generally caused by the customer SSO provider (IdP) not sending a properly formed assertion to Rally.
This issue is generally not caused by a configuration issue on the Rally side. Rally support is not able to resolve the issue directly, however, Rally support is able to use the unique reference # in the error message to search logs to help identify the cause.
Please open a support case and provide the reference number for further analysis.
