Click Here Links within Action Item Notifications are not Working Correctly

Issue/Introduction

After the recent GCP upgrade we are trying to restore the action item links when we encountered an error message for an active process. The action item notifications have "Click Here" links that result in an error message. When clicking the link, Clarity opens but show the following error message:
ERRORCAL-06036: The Action Item you are trying to access has been deleted.

Environment

CLARITY ON PREMISE AND SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

Check the definition that generates the "Click Here" link in the "Notification Body" of "Action Item (Process) - New action item" in your system to see if it shows this:

To access this action item, @[:calendar.actionitemDetails!{odf_pk}~:~:Click Here].

If the definition is not the same as above, you will need to restore the out-of-the-box definition in the message body of the notification so the "Click Here" link on the notification works as expected. You can edit the definition within the Clarity UI by clicking on the binoculars or you can XOG out notification template from working environment and XOG it back in to non-working environment.
