Issue/Introduction

Broadcom customers can subscribe to product notifications and service availability alerts.

Resolution

There are two ways to subscribe to Broadcom's product notifications and service availability alerts (including maintenance):

1. Product notifications can be subscribed via the Support Portal
2. Service availability and maintenance alerts via the Service Status portal
