Database performance after migrating to new infrastructure (on Oracle)

Issue/Introduction

A newly migrated database is very slow. It takes 20 minutes just to reboot the app service. When it starts it's also overall sluggish. 

Environment

Release : Any

Database: Oracle

Cause

This can happen if some of the data objects are not carried over properly.

Resolution

Ensure the data objects are migrated over correctly, mainly some indexes apart from other objects. Once this is fixed, this will resolve the performance issues.
