Integration issue from ITPAM to BIGFIX server

Issue/Introduction

We tried to run a BIGFIX IEM CLI command in run script operator (script type:BAT), but operator is not ending  so causing CPU hike in the target server. Also when we are trying to run those IEM commands in BIGFIX server manually it was working. That seems a problem with integration from ITPAM to BIGFIX.

Resolution

This appears to be an environmental permission issue. You should look at both the working userid and the non-working userid to identify the differences and then update the configuration and permissions of the non-working user accordingly.
