Release : 17.1 / 17.2 / 17.3

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

The products of the ITSM (Service Desk(xFlow/Service Point), CMDB Visualizer, Catalog, ITAM, PAM...) that would be affected by the Adobe Flash Player EOS in the browsers the only one affected is the CMD Visualizer.
Below is the information about the fixes for this dependency.

ITSM 14.1 (EOS) - This version does not receive any kind of update since 12/31/2018
ITSM 17.1 - The Dev Team said that it will not make an update available for this version, the recommendation is to migrate to one of the versions below.
ITSM 17.2 (RU9) - Eliminated the dependency with this update.
ITSM 17.3 (RU1) - Eliminated the dependency with this update.
