Unable to launch OData Query Builder

Issue/Introduction

If you attempt to launch the OData query builder on NFA 10.0.3 or higher remotely (not on the local server), check these tips out on how to get past this:

Environment

Release : 10.0.3 +

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Resolution

• Port 8981 must be open between NFA and users.
• "CA NFA OData Query Service" must be started.
• Must use the built in ADMIN user to log into OdataQueryBuilder website. Other admin level users will not work.
• Make sure you are using the correct password for the ADMIN user.
