Dx Spectrum - Dashboard does not show in CABI with error

Issue/Introduction

While accessing spectrum dashboards in CABI it shows an error "An unexpected error occurred while retrieving data. Please check the user access privileges or run as a different user." or "Contact the site Administrator"

 

Environment

Release : 20.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Windows : 2019

Resolution

The issue is because of the compatibility of spectrum 10.4.2 & windows 2019.

As per the instructions from below document, it says upgrade to this version if deemed necessary.
