Spectrum Service Desk Manager Integration is creating CIs in Spectrum when an Incident is generated, can this be disabled?

Resolution

If the Asset Assignment option is enabled in OneClick Spectrum will create the CI/Asset in the Service Desk if it does not exist, when an alarm is generated for that CI/Asset:

This can be disabled from Administration > Service Desk Congiration:
