Tabbing skips past lookup fields in MUX

Issue/Introduction

This includes resource browse lookups and happens on both projects and ideas. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

1. Log into the Modern / New User Experience (UX)
2. Open a Project, and go to the Details section
3. Select a field, and attempt to tab through the other fields.

Expected Results: For usability purposes you should be able to tab to each field in order.

Actual Results: Lookup fields are completely skipped, which means many of the fields are not accessible through a tab

Note: Tabbing will completely skip the "Stakeholders" section and any fields within this section since they are all lookups

Cause

This is associated to defect DE58183 / DE54987

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 15.9.1.

Workaround: Use your mouse to navigate to the fields.
