Issue/Introduction

Testing CA Web Viewer. When I try to Export an AFP report the little square does not appear around the export button (it is grayed out) and will not work. Text reports do export OK. What am I missing?

Release : 12.1

Component : CA OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Resolution

Only text reports may be exported, AFP reports may not. The application is working as designed.
