Entrust Root CA 2048 certificate is not a requirement anymore starting from WSSA version 7.3.x

 

 

  

To clarify and assist customers with update planning, the following WSS Agent support policy takes effect:  

  • All Major software releases (ex: v6, v7, etc.) receive support for two years (24 months) from their original release date.


Phone support continues for two years from each Major version release date. Issue fixes and enhancements will only be available by moving to the most current Maintenance Release.
