As soon as we restart the portal on L3, the proxy version changes to 9.4 and OTK Version to 4.0.00-CR01.2412.

Issue/Introduction

As soon as we restart the portal  the proxy version changes to 9.4 and OTK Version to 4.0.00-CR01.2412.

Though the proxy its syncd with Is supposed to be proxy version 10 and OTK 4.5.

Resolution

It seems this is due to deleting the default proxy in the admin tenant. The admin tenant proxy should never be changed. You should always create a new tenant (not admin) and add your proxy there.
