How to Download CA Release Automation Installers

Issue/Introduction

I navigate to support site but unable to locate the installer to be used for 6.7 from various options.

Environment

Release : 6.6, 6.7 or higher

Component : CA RELEASE AUTOMATION RELEASE OPERATIONS CENTER

Resolution

Please find instruction on how to download the CA Release Automation Installers

1: Navigate to support.broadcom.com and login with your credentials

2: From displayed tiles select and click on "Enterprise Software"

3: On the loaded page of "Enterprise Software" select and click "Product Downloads"

4: On Product Downloads, enter the product name as "Release Automation"

5: Select and click on "RELEASE AUTOMATION" product

6: On the Release Automation Product downloads page select "CA Release Automation MULTI-PLATFORM" and appropriate version which you want to download.

7: Click on the link "CA Release Automation MULTI-PLATFORM" and it will open the product files. Select the appropriate file from list and you can download it by clicking "cloud icon" i.e. HTTP download or FTP icon i.e. FTP download
