DX SaaS Tenant - Unable to add agent to universe DXS

Issue/Introduction

This tenant is not visible to select adding an agent to an existing or a new Universe. 

Agent shows up under Metric View and Agents View but not under 'Agent'

Release : 20.2

Component : APPLICATION PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Cause

Issue resolved by itself. 

Resolution

Agent showed up under "Agent View" and able to add the agent to Universe. 

The issue is resolved by itself. 

Either one of these might have helped:

1. A Restart of the Agent occured  

2. New pbd file is placed in hotdeploy

3. Dynamic instrumentation might have picked a new App to monitor
