Clarity PPM: Error REVMGR-01019 Appears When Populating Cost Plan

Issue/Introduction

When trying to populate a cost plan via Project > Financial Plans > Action > Populate from Investment Team
the following error appears: REVMGR-01019: Current Exchange Rate does not exists.

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

1. Check the Project > Settings > Rate Source and Cost Source Rate Matrices.
Check what the Exchange Rate Type is set to and make sure there is a matching foreign exchange rate effective date.

2. Check Administration > Finance > Setup > Foreign Exchange Rates

Filter for the currency, exchange rate type to check the Effective Date
