Issue/Introduction

Maileater stopped working after a Failover activity.

After restart of  Maileater Daemon it started to work again.

Release : 17.2

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

 

Resolution

Issue fixed in ServiceDesk 17.2 Linux environment after apply the pointfix :
