Instructions for obtaining access to the My PLA Entitlements tab.
To obtain access to the My PLA Entitlements Portal, users are required to have the Subscription Manager role added to their Enterprise Support Portal Profile. Please contact your Site Administrator or the Broadcom Customer Care Team to request access.
What is the Subscription Manager Role?
The “Subscription Manager Role” provides users with the permissions to view and manage their PLA product portfolio.
How to request the Subscription Manager Role?
Log into the Broadcom Support Portal and click My Tools / Site & Role Requests / Subscription Management Access tab.
NOTE: The Subscription Management Role request radio button will be available only if the logged in user is associated with at least one PLA site ID.
Once the request is submitted both the Site Administrator(s) on the PLA site ID (if applicable) and Broadcom Customer Care will be notified.
Site Administrators will have 3 business days to accept or reject the request, otherwise Broadcom Customer Care will process the request accordingly.
If the user is not associated with at least one PLA site ID, they will still see the Subscription Management Access tab, however they will not have the request option available.
