Systems not fully decrypting via Symantec Endpoint Encryption when performed with large groups.
There have also been some randomly-occurring situations where decryption has not completed fully as the registry key did not get updated.
There have been some reports where encrypted a few sectors of the disk and then decrypting again will resolve this. In this scenario, Symantec is aware of this issue and will be fixed in Symantec Endpoint Encryption 11.3.1.
There have been some other scenarios in which the disk state is affected and does not allow decryption to occur properly. In this scenario, further troubleshooting may be necessary to correct. Please contact Symantec Support for further assistance.
