Rally: Split Story Not Retaining Dependencies

Issue/Introduction

When splitting a story, the dependencies do not move forward with the persisted story. Is this the intended behavior?

Resolution

At this time, this functionality is working as designed.  We would like to recommend that you submit your feedback using the "Submit Feedback" option in the question mark button menu (top right corner of the page).  This information is sent directly to our Project Management and Dev teams.  They take user feedback seriously and review it daily.  We appreciate the feedback and please encourage your teammates to do the same.
