Issue/Introduction

APM Realms is unable to handle EEM and LDAP as a User store (using the EEM realm and being first in realms.xml. This is used by CEM) and a LDAP realm (used by APM Introscope). That is two realms active at once,

In EEM , the two safex scripts create global not application users which underutilizes EEM.
