Does CA-11 take advantage of ZIIP?

CA-11  does not utilize ZIIP nor ZAAP.

Resolution

CA 11 does not take advantage of ZIIP nor ZAAP.  Due to this there is no action require for CA 11 when ZIIP or ZAAP is being utilized.
