Why is there no real USERID in the CREATED BY field at the Monitor Definition screen?

Issue/Introduction

Why is there no real USERID in the CREATED BY field at the Monitor Definition screen, but the value 'Pre R9.0' or 'Pre R8.5', like shown below :

Resolution

When a monitor definition is created in PMA (former APC) there is no CREATOR ID in the field 'Created By'.
PMA does not provide one.

If this field contains the value 'Pre R9.0' or 'Pre R8.5', the monitor definition is from PMA (or former APC) created in a previous release and migrated, or copied into the current release.
