Compatible API gateway interfaces for OM Web Viewer 12.1

Issue/Introduction

When we first migrated from 11.5 Web Viewer to 12.1, we were advised by Services to install a third-party interface (mRemoteNG) to access the API Gateway.

We never asked if there were any other recommended interfaces we might have employed. While we are very happy with it so far, we are just wondering if Broadcom has any ideas about another such product?

Environment

• Output Management Web Viewer 12.1
• API Gateway
• mRemoteNG

Resolution

There is nothing special about mRemoteNG in this role. Putty or another ssh client could fill the same requirement.
