% Complete is not rolling up in MSP

Issue/Introduction

In Microsoft Project (MSP), % Complete is not rolling up from the child tasks to the summary tasks

Environment

Release : Any supported Clarity release

Component : CA PPM SAAS MICROSOFT PROJECT (MSP)

Resolution

Click on calculate project (this may shift dates so you may need to manually change durations to make the schedule correct.)

• Tip: To prevent the need for having to manually click this, ensure that Calculate after each project edit is set to 'On' in MSP File->Options->Schedule

It's possible you may need to also do a combination of the below as well. 

1. Mark impacted tasks manually scheduled
2. Change them to auto schedule
3. Then select Calculate Project
