Information Centric Analytics Data Loss Prevention Core Package

Issue/Introduction

The recommended method for uninstalling Information Centric Analytics (ICA) is via the Symantec ICA Installation Wizard.

When this method is unavailable or fails to complete, manually removing the product may be necessary. Because ICA utilizes a distributed architecture, administrator access to each of the component servers is required to complete this process.

Additional Information

ICA does not make any changes to the Windows Registry. Certain third-party software prerequisites may modify the Registry (e.g., Microsoft .NET framework 4.7.1, Oracle Client) and must be removed independently. Windows Server features and roles must also be removed (if desired) per Microsoft's instructions.
