Unable to create tracer factories for the following class

Issue/Introduction

After installing Application Performance Management Agent to monitor Oracle Services Bus(OSB), we can see below error message under Agent logs and some missing Webservices metrics:

[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Unable to create tracer factories for the following class (library not found): com.wily.powerpack.alsb.tracer.hc2.TransportTracer
[INFO] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Either the tracer configuration is incorrect or the installation is corrupt

Environment

Application Performance Management 10.7 Agent release.

Cause

This error happens due to some missing PBD or JARs related to OSB monitoring.

Resolution

You must make sure that OSB extension is properly configured, you can follow these three steps in order to validate:

1) OSB jars under <Agent_Home> | Core | Ext path:

2) OSB pbds under <Agent_Home> | Core | Config path:

3) Add the OSB-typical.pbl or OSB-full.pbl inside your directives in Agent.Profile:
