Missing connection detail in AWI 12.3.2 after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Automic Admin upgraded from 11.2.1 to the rel 12.3.2 and for their CONN objects, they cannot cannot find the connection details, even if they exported it via xml and import it again.

In the old Java User Interface it works fine.

Environment

Release : 12.3.x

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

The reason for the error is because they initially installed the RA FTP Agent Solution with the NoWeb option.

This was an option for the older Automic Release. Unfortunately we no longer ship out any RA FTP solutions with the no Web Options since 11.x.

Nonetheless the best option is to upgrade your RA Core Agent to 12.3.x and than import the newest RA Solution (4.0.9) via our dbload utility.
