Issue/Introduction

In v12.3 the dialog window resulting from BEGINREAD-ENDREAD with the commands :PRINT and :READ is not well formatted.

The number of columns is limited to ~45 and ~20 respectively and the F-option (monospaced) of BEGINREAD is not taken into account.
