SYSVIEW: CICS020W requested data is not available

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading from SYSVIEW 14.2 to 16.0, when trying to select transaction from CTASKS panel, cannot get the real time transaction details for transactions .

However, it works fine for one region and throws warning CICS020W for the other regions.

 

Environment

SYSVIEW 15.0 & 16.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

 

Resolution

Turn on monitoring for CICS on all regions.
