UIM - CDM target not available in SLA/SLO creation

Issue/Introduction

A specific CDM QOS target is not available in the SLA/SLO available targets. Even though data is being gathered correctly the target is not showing in the drop down list of targets while all other targets are showing fine. 

Environment

Release : 20.1

Component : UIM - SLA_ENGINE

Cause

This issue is not reproducible, however, it was observed while monitoring a vm with the vmware probe when a robot was already installed on that system. 

Resolution

The following actions should resolve this issue:

 

- Remove the device from vmware monitoring.

- Delete the robot completely from USM > inventory > delete system and also delete measurements when prompted. 

· Redeploy the robot and cdm probe
