Schedule Dashboard Tool Tips - Steps to Change

Issue/Introduction

On the “Schedule Dashboard” portlet, I would like to change the “tool tip” for the “Overall Status” and “Schedule%” fields, but when I open those fields under ADMIN à Portlets à Schedule Dashboard, I don’t see that as option. Is it possible to change those?

Resolution

To add the tooltips to these fields for the filter fields:

1. Go to Administration ->Portlets->Schedule Dashboard
2. Click on the List Filter Section tab then select Fields
3. Click on the properties icon next to the field you want to add a tooltip to
4. Add the tooltip to the Tooltip field
5. Click Save

Update the column list "tool tips" using the steps below:

1. Go to Administration -> Queries and search for 'Schedule Dashboard'.
2. Click on the portlet
3. Click on the Attributes Tab
4. Click on the 'Schedule %' attribute
5. Change the descriptions accordingly
6. Save and Return
7. Repeat steps for all other applicable attributes you want to change.
