Duplicate Portal Published APIs Re-Appearing in Prod after removing them

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing portal published APIs duplicated on the gateway in our Production environment.

Environment

Release : 4.4

Component : API PORTAL

Resolution

It looks like mostly the setting of recurring time of the Portal Sync API job is the root cause. Please follow the steps below and let us know the results.

On the Portal
1. Disable Duplicated API - Disable API , wait 10 sec.

2. Enable Duplicated API - Disable API , wait 10 sec. 

3. Remove all the (Portal published) duplicated APIs from all proxies

On the Gateways set the portal sync recurring job to a little additional time. 3 mins/5mins/10 mins (dependent on the number of APIs)
