Can the time an error displays in modern ux be changed?

Issue/Introduction

I would like to either allow an error in the modern ux to display for a longer or shorter time, is this possible?

Environment

Release : 15.8.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

The length of time that an error displays cannot be adjusted in the modern ux, it's a hard coded value.
