CA View - Abend S0C4 Occurs When Entering DEST of "PC" on Print Attributes Panel

Issue/Introduction

In View 14.0, it is possible to receive a S0C4 Abend (at module SAROLR+06CB72) when you enter "PC" in the DEST field on the Print Attributes Screen, when using "P" (to print) from the Sysout Selection List. 

The same abend occurs whether the interface used is TSO/ISPF or CICS.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When a user tries to print a Sysout/Report with DEST=PC on the Print
Attribute panel, it results in a S0C4 abend and users CA-View session
terminates abnormally.

SYMPTOMS:
The user receives S0C4 abend when specifying DEST=PC on the Print Attribute panel.
