snmpcollector | Nokia Alcatel-Lucent 9500 MPR No Interfaces and Virtual Interfaces Section

Issue/Introduction

 

In probe snmpcollector, for the same equipment  (FH Nokia Alcatel-Lucent 9500 MPR) there is no Interface section.

Environment

Release : UIM 20.x

Component : UIM - ump_selfcert

Cause

message  "Device xx.x.x: Error discovering components for NormalizedPortInfo: null".
The reason for this error message was null pointer exception occurred during discovering components for NormalizedPortInfo.

Resolution

Please deploy the snmpcollector 4.04 T5 attached then you will be able to see the interfaces section
