We currently have multiple user which are experiencing poor to no response when saving in the Clarity Gantt.
(Slowness / performance issues reported)
This can be due to an issue on the Database

On Premise Customers: Have your DBA check for any issues on the Database including blocking sessions or an explain / execution plan that needs to be tuned due to a slow running query
Note: Generating a Clarity Action trace while reproducing the issue can help in determining if there are any slow running queries causing the issue (see steps to enable action trace at: Using Clarity Action Trace)
