Issue/Introduction

Changed sys1.parmlib member DIAGxx to set ALLOWUSERKEYSCSA(NO).
Received many S0C4 abend at IPL

Resolution

Abend dumps show s0c4 abend in module ASINIT+17C
ASINIT is a module in a subsystem product called TIMS. Owned by a company called 4.ST.
They are in the process of updating their code to support the DIAGxx change.
