Issue/Introduction

While attempting to configure Spectrum to use LDAP and you are testing with a user, you may receive the following error:

SPC-OCA-10497: You are not permitted to logon from this workstation.

Environment

Release : 10.3.x , 10.4.x

Component : Spectrum OneClick

Resolution

This error indicates this user does not access to the LDAP server. You must test this functionality with a user that has access to the LDAP server.
