Issue/Introduction

Possible SNMPcollector 4.03 probe installation on Windows 2016 and other supported operation system platform.

Resolution

It may be possible to install and may work on Windows 2016 platform, but it is not supported.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The probe is not supported to run on a robot / hub which is Windows 2016 server.
The snmpcollector probe is not supported on a robot or hub which is hosted on Windows Server 2016.
For best practice, it is recommended to deploy the snmpcollector probe to a secondary hub robot which is hosted on one of the probe supported platforms such as Windows server 2012, mentioned in the documentation.
