Issue/Introduction

While using NFA you may notice NFA Enterprise Overview / NetOps Portal Infrastructure or Network Overview may show utilization way over 100%.

Environment

Release : 10.0.x

Cause

We calculate the values improperly for interface utilization. 

Resolution

1. Upgrade to NFA 10.0.4.

2. Download the patch NFA_10.0.4_PTF_004.zip which is attached to the bottom of this document.

3. Unzip and extract the contents to each NFA Harvester. 

4. Follow the directions in the readme to apply.

 

You must allow 24 hours for the default last day view to correct in NFA or 1 month in the DX NetOps Portal default view. The older miscalculated data will prune over those time periods.
