Unknown SQL is returned for SQL Queries after upgrading to WebLogic 12.2.1.4

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading environments from WebLogic 12.2.1.3 to  Weblogic 12.2.1.4, Stored Procedure and Prepared Queries are now only being tracked under "Unknown SQL". This impacted even basic queries such as queries used by WebLogic to test the connection as well as queries to check for active timers within the DB.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Cause

Unsupported JDBC driver by APM 10.7 Weblogic Agent .

 

Resolution

Download and use the Latest DX SaaS Weblogic Agent.

Also need to set these properties on the IntroscopeAgent.profile 

Compatible with EM 10.7

introscope.agent.connection.compatibility.version=10.7

 and set Agent Manager Credential set it to an empty value as below:
