OPSBCPII Termination - avlInsert failed for Image entry=TLELNX

Issue/Introduction

BCPii came down with message:

avlInsert failed for Image entry=TLELNX

Restarted it, same thing.

Recycled OPSMVS, and then BCPii stayed up.

Will send job log to the case.

Resolution

This might be a one-off, if not we need to capture a dump as well as the BCPii log. L2 will be giving instructions to the customer about how to capture a dump if this happens again. After the instructions the case will be closed...The instructions are to set the following SLIP and also send the BCPii log to the case as well...

The following slip trap should produce a dump if the problem persists:

SLIP SET,IF,PVTEP=(OPIIDRV,C8E),JOBNAME=XXXXXXXX,ACTION=SYNCSVCD,ID=OBCP,MATCHLIM=1,END  

Replace XXXXXXXX with your OPSBCPII Server STC name on the JOBNAME parameter.
