We are trying to understand the idash latency report and this report shows more latency than the actual autoaggr statistics.

A fix was created for this latency problem. Please contact support for more detail.
Two files are needed to resolve: (a developer fix: 12.1.00.00-0466.zip, and an update to user documentation: Server Statistics Report.pdf).
Install steps:
Download the zip file 12.1.00.00-0466.zip.
Follow the steps below to apply this patch In your development environment on top of the latest 12.1.00.00 GA release (12.1.00.00-0455):
1. Stop iDash
2. Backup and remove the following files/directories
a) $IDASH_HOME/log/*.log*
b) $IDASH_HOME/lib/cli.jar
c) $IDASH_HOME/lib/core.jar
d) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/cli.jar
e) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/core.jar
f) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/ui
g) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/ui.jar
h) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/ws.jar
i) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/WEB-INF/lib/cli.jar
j) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/WEB-INF/lib/core.jar
k) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/WEB-INF/lib/ui.jar
l) $IDASH_HOME/tomcat8/webapps/idash/WEB-INF/lib/ws.jar
3. Extract the contents of 12.1.00.00-0466.zip to $IDASH_HOME
4. Restart iDash.
5. On iDash web ui, make sure the iDash version is 12.1.00.00-0466.
