XML import of v12.3 export possible in v12.2

Issue/Introduction

It should not be possible to import XML files from a higher major version into a previous major version.

For example, it should not be possible to import an object exported from v12.3 into v12.2.

However, it is possible, until v12.2.5, to import v12.3 XML files.

Environment

Release : v12.2.0 to v12.2.5

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
