Unable to login to UMP with nimbus IM users

Issue/Introduction

When trying to login to UMP getting a login failure, with any nimbus - IM user used. Contact users are not effected.

Release : 20.1

Component : UNIFIED INFRASTRUCTURE MGMT

Resolution

Validate on the primary hub that the hub was not accidently set for Local Machine Only under the Login Settings for this Hub of the primary hubs hub probe General tab. If it was set to local only than nimbus users will only be able to login to the primary hub using IM, and not to UMP. Change the setting to Normal.
