XCOMN0322E Cannot access file server: Multiple connections to a server or shared resource......

Issue/Introduction

All transmissions originating from SVRAXXXX to the path \\ SVR01CCXXXX.CC.BBB.NET \ NNNNNN \ DESEND \ fail with this error:

XCOMN0322E Cannot access file server: Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one 
 user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again. 

XCOMN0322E Cannot access file server: The operation completed successfully. 

But, the transmissions originating from SVRCXXXX(another server) complete  successfully. 

The services on both servers were recycled and the target machine was rebooted and the error continues to this day.

Component : CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows

Resolution

Rebooting the server resolved the problem. This message is returned to XCOM by the Windows operating system. Review the file server. It is not an XCOM problem or message.
